In the Moreno Valley Industrial Area (Skechers, Amazon Distribution), home to some of the largest fulfillment and distribution facilities in the Inland Empire, requiring ESFR sprinkler systems, early warning fire alarm systems, and high-piled storage permits with detailed commodity documentation. In the World Logistics Center Area, Multi-building logistics campus in various stages of development; fire protection design must accommodate speculative shell buildings with tenant-specific buildout requirements.
